What is an eSIM?

A digital SIM you download onto your phone. It does the same job as a plastic SIM: you install it by scanning a QR and it runs alongside your usual line.

When does validity start?

From the first time the eSIM connects to a network at your destination, not from purchase. You can buy weeks ahead.

Do I keep my WhatsApp number?

Yes. The eSIM only provides data; your main line stays active, so WhatsApp, Telegram and your apps keep your usual number.

Can I call or text?

These are data plans. You can call over WhatsApp, FaceTime or any app, but traditional calls are not included.

What if my phone is not compatible?

Contact us before buying and we will check. If you buy one and your phone does not support it, we refund you as long as you have not installed it and you write to us within 15 days of purchase.

How long does delivery take?
